In terms of culinary heritage, my father was a Master Japanese Chef. My parents owned restaurants and some of my fondest memories are of working beside them.

The night was a huge success. The Sake was shared with us by our friends at The Wine Store in Koloa. The sake tasting paired so nicely with our delicious sushi menu.

We want all our ingredients to be as fresh as possible every day. Our goal at Japanese Grandma's is to promote a healthy sustainable diet with tasty traditional Japanese dishes that have a modern California twist!
